Rita Webb appears in the first (of three) appearances in the tv series "Sykes" in the episode "Uniform" from 12th November 1973 Rita plays a traffic warden who doesn't realise the car she is booking doesn't belong to Eric Sykes as she gives him and his sister Hattie some sound advice!
