After abusing the locals above her apartment window in a sleepy French town Rita Webb's screen time as gruesome character Leonie doesn't last long when she gets a bullet to the head (and a mighty close-up!) in the opening sequence of "The Liars" from the tv series "Maigret" which aired on the BBC December 18th 1961.
