Rita has a non speaking part, literally blink and you'll miss her as Jose Ferrer looks up at her on a balcony, she throws a bucket of water over the top, with a fierce look on her face, she told reporters that she got the part after actress Sandra Dorne dared her to ring the studio and ask to speak to the Director, she was put through to John Huston and told him she was the best actress in Britain, and got the part!
The character actress Madge Brindley also appears (briefly) in the film
